Timed Periods for Summer Hockey

On Wednesday we had another great showing and actually played with timed 20 minute periods. It made for a much quicker game and I think we’ll stick with it for the Summer.

I don’t remember all the details, but the white team was in strong control of the game almost the entire time. HOWEVER, the dark team came on strong towards the end and with a surge in the final 5 minutes tied the game up at 8 just before the final timer sounded.

This put us into an overtime shootout where Naghmeh earned player of the game honors by scoring the ONLY goal and leading the dark team to victory!
